1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
a. Personal Identifiable Information ("PII")
Full name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and other identifiers that can be used to contact or identify you.
b. Financial Information
Payment card data, billing and transaction history, and associated account details.
c. Technical and Usage Data
IP address, MAC address, browser type, app-generated device identifiers, device and session information, system configuration, internet service usage statistics, network and connection diagnostics, Wi-Fi device information reported by your gateway, data-usage totals, and log data. Information collected specifically through the Aspire Fiber app is described in Section 11.
d. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, collect performance metrics, and deliver targeted advertising. You may adjust your browser settings to decline cookies, although doing so may impact your ability to access certain functionalities.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

By attending any Aspire Fiber-sponsored events or participating in the installation of services at your premises, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility that photographs or video recordings may be taken by Aspire Fiber or its authorized agents.
These images or recordings may include your likeness or property in the background and may be used for:
- Marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and printed materials.

11. Aspire Fiber App
This section covers the Aspire Fiber mobile app and its web version (together, "the app"). Your internet service itself is governed by your Subscriber Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
Information the app uses. To provide the app, we use information from your Aspire customer account and from your use of the app. This includes your name and contact details, billing and payment information, device and session information, and information about your connection and the devices on your Wi-Fi gateway, along with limited technical logs used for security and troubleshooting. The app does not use your location, contacts, microphone, or browsing history, does not use an advertising identifier, and contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
Payments. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Aspire never receives or stores your full card or account number.
Service providers. We use service providers to help operate the app, such as payment processing, message delivery, and network security. They may use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app and your service, and as required by law.
Your choices. You can manage your devices and notifications in the app. You can request correction or deletion of your data, or closure of your account, by contacting us using the details below. Some records are retained where the law requires.
