Amazing service, and great prices. A local company who picks up the phone! I called to ask about installation and the same person I talked to on the phone came out the same day and surveyed my property. The install had some issues where they had to break open the road to solve a blockage, but it only delayed the install a day. Ethan and Kylar were amazing as well as the crew who rand the wire into the house. Overall a breath of fresh air over the corporate services I had to deal with before, with poor customer service and increasing prices every year. Well done Aspire Fiber!

I have been extremely impressed with Sydney, Dylan, and Adam! They are so adept, professional and pleasant to deal with. It has been a pleasure being around them. Adam came out today and was amazing.! He helped us identify dead spots in the house and greatly improve our wifi coverage. Adam was very knowledgeable and respectful and Aspire is a great company to work with and quick to respond if there is an issue. I would highly recommend Adam and Aspire to anyone wanting top level internet and service.

"Where to start? I have been a customer of Spectrum Internet for a full 20 years, all at the same location. While the service was OK, it was not spectacular. Speeds, even using my own fast modem and Mesh network, never came close to the 1 Gig that I was paying for. And the rates kept going to the point that I was paying close to $200.00/month. Then I saw the Aspire crew laying their cable across my neighborhood. I stopped to talk to one of the guys and he gave me some very good information about Aspire in general and fiber optic in specfic. I knew right there and then that after 20 years with Spectrum I had to make the switch. I e-mailed Aspire and within less than 30 minutes someone from Aspire e-mailed me back with all the necessary details, including pricing, availability dates and compatibility with my own WiFi network. I signed up for the 2 Gig program and scheduled an installation date. Aspire kept me informed, via text messages and e-mails, about the coming installation date. On A-Day, someone from Aspire came over, looked at my property, took pictures and figured out the best location for the ONT and the router. Within half an hour, Esteban and his crew showed up and began to lay the optic fiber line from the street to my home. Then another crew member ran the cable from my garage to my family room and set up the ONT and the router. This was followed by Adam, the Tech Guy. He configured the router and connected it to my Mesh Wi Fi. Easy peasy. Within about an hour I was up and running. The crew was professional, they were well-organized and showed proper concern for my questions and respected my property. After Adam left I had some questions about my connection speeds. He returned the next day, tested the system and showed me that I was getting 2 Gigs at the router, but it was my system that was affecting some speeds, especially at the more far off nodes. Adam made some adjustments and The system is now up and running and I am getting blazing fast Internet speeds for less than half the price of what I had been paying for Spectrum. So what is NOT to like you may ask? Well, I am glad that you asked. Within a few days I received an e-mail from Aspire informing me that I was now a member of the Founders Club (early adopter) and would receive an additional $20.00 monthly discount, on top of my already low rates. Now that is what I call Customer Care done right. After 20 years with Spectrum not once did I ever receive a discount on my rates, just rate hikes! To sum it up: get Aspire and get it yesterday. Friendly crew, great customer service, blazing fast Internet speeds, flawless connections U/L and D/L and unbeatable rates...all from a local company. Stop readings reviews and just trust me...get Aspire. You will be happy, well connected and will have spare cash in your pocket. 👍👍👍"
